Re: Excalibur taking a beating.
I AM on Facebook, minimally, but here's a take: For those of my generation who do not, and cannot, comprehend why Facebook exists: I am trying to make friends outside of Facebook while applying the same principles of Facebook. Therefore, every day I walk down the street and tell passers by what I h...

Re: Another arrow question
I use ultra jell superglue. I take it out of jig when vanes are stuck down and can usually smooth it out with my finger if a little spot happens. If humps are their I carefully scrap it flat/cut it off to make it smooth. Sometimes the arrow turns a little white but don't bother me to much. Shooting ...

Re: Question for arrow enthusiasts
I do them one at a time on my jig and sometimes I don't line them up exact (one fletching ahead or little behind the other two) and I have not noticed a difference and I normally shoot out to 80 yards for fun. I am not as picky as some with arrows. Bow still shoots better than me. CHEERS!

Re: bolt length for an Axoim
Accidents are just that....accidents. Never say never. I gapped and fired my bow with one cocking hook on the string. I never knew a body could squirt blood eight feet out just like a stream after it was ripped from my neck and the handle smashed and broke on my baby finger. Happen to use broadheads...

Nice!
Like here when they legalized marijuana. Wife said why you buying it when you don't even smoke it. My response was " because I can, I never thought I would see this in my lifetime."

Re: Converting a Mechanical for Practice
I use the real deal. I have a cheapy field point target from CT that broadheads blow right through. I glue on a paper target. I stand a ten inch thick piece of white Styrofoam from insulating homes about 18 inchs behind field point target. Styrofoam gets knocked over but arrow never blows through. B...

Re: Some people
Things are changing around here as well. People have realized they can rent out their land for hunting. Now either you hunt Crownland with everyone else or you have to own your own land. Otherwise it is a land lease and good luck finding a good one for cheap. CHEERS!

Been gone for a few years from here and going out to bow shoots due to a very sick wife. Had to sell off most of my stuff to pay medical bills and meds. House hold suddenly down to one income and me with a broken shoulder. But don't feel bad for me as their are a lot worse off people in this world. ...

Re: Forum is annoying!
Maybe me. Been away from bows and forum for 2 1/2 years due to a broken shoulder. Got into pellet guns for the downtime. Back into the crossbows now again and blew a serving so I had to pull out Mr. Munch's video and have a little watch. Got it all served now for Sunday. Got a group coming for a 3d ...
