I went out hunting this afternoon in 75* weather. The bugs weren't too bad!At 5:45pm i hear what sounded like a squirrel in back of my 18' stand,i turned my head and saw a large deer,i had to stand up and turn to the other side to get a shot at him,he walked right up my cleared shooting lane at 20yd...

I'm heading out this afternoon even though it's 75*.
It beats sitting on the couch or working!I'll bring my bug tamer mesh jacket out with face guard to keep the skeeters at bay!

Its going to be 47* in the morning!

Shot this deer last year at 15yds with 100gr swhacker.
Deer went about 60yds and crashed.

Todays sale at Dunhams has a 18' 2 man ladder stand for $89! That's the same one i bought last month for $89.It's great stand!

If you have a tick crawling on you just take masking tape and pick it up with that and it makes for easy disposal.

I bought a cheap allen archery padded case because i hate the heavy weight of the planos hard cases.When i left the woods last night i just uncocked the bow and threw it in my back seat of my Tundra uncased.Its legal here because i have CCW permit.
