Just a couple of comments and my 2 cents worth.... I used a Bushnell yardage pro for many years, it did a good job...I had a chance to get a Leupold RX-II with the True Ballistic Range feature...that does the angle compensating...I think it would have cost around 300.00 but I was working at Cabelas ...

Since I learned to use the rope cocker to decock my bow, I let the string down each evening after the hunt (instead of shooting a bolt into the ground)...just being cautious...I don't think you can hurt these Excaliburs, I just feel better knowing it can't accidently dryfire...

I tried the ropecocker last nite to uncock my Exocet...watched the video and gave it a whirl...was easier than I thought...I don't know what I was afraid of...I guess I was worried it would yank my arms off... :lol: I am glad I tried it...I will be using the rope from now on...
