Decisions...decisions
I'm a bit of a broadhead junkie and with our season opening this Friday, I have to make a decision about which broadhead to use. Re: Thunderhead 'O' Rings
I am a big fans of the Thunderheads and have used them for many years. Now granted, I haven't shot a lot of deer lately but have never had an issue with that broadhead. I don't believe you need to worry about the o ring.

Ya, It's been an "interesting" season. Planning on taking my frustrations out on the coyote population. My new Savage 22-250 is aching for the opportunity.
BTW Happy New Year everyone.

Tag soup.....again
Well 2016 I had quadruple bypass at the beginning of the season so that year was a write-off. 2017 and 2018 I was kept busy with other responsibilities that seriously limited my time in the filed and I came up empty-handed. 2019 I got a new hip on opening day so that year was another write-off. This...

Re: Texas Opening Week and Trespassers!! Geez!!
We are having the same problem on the farm where we are hunting. We are the only ones allowed to hunt the property but we caught a group on one of our cameras trudging around the farm during the controlled hunt the other week. They're at the very far end of the property and the land owner is too bus...
