How long did it take you to get him out of the woods!! That was a long treck you made. Good kill!! You can use a 4 wheeler to get your deer out so it really isn't too bad. No long drag involved. Just takes a while to find the deer, ride back to the truck, get the 4 wheeler, drive back to the deer, ...

A good thing to do once you realize everything is cool - deer dead and found, is to go back and work to find and follow that blood trail. It will help you get better at tracking.

You can't use an ATV to go to your stand here but once you kill a deer you can use one to get it out.

I scheduled a vacation from work this week so I could get some hunting done. Unfortunately, we've had a lot of rain since Saturday and yesterday was the first day I could get out. The WMA I'm hunting is prone to flooding and knew I might have to get wet to get to my spot. I rode my bicycle 2.5 miles...

If you're looking to increase your bow's performance, that won't change anything. All 3' wide Mag Tip bows use the same limbs. It's the power stroke that changes the draw weight and speed.
