I suggest some scouting finding a pinch point between the bedding and feeding areas and set up shop you will not need the feed and with the money you save you can buy more bolts :D

da7703 Congrats on the vert bow kill and getting yourself into the sport you made a great shot on her. Welcome to the world of Excalibur you made a great choice in bows I also am a Michigander and shoot a Equinox they are top notch bows you are going to love it.

Great pictures nice composition.
The butterfly in the picture is called a red spotted purple they are having a up swing in their cycle this year near my house I have seen quite a few this year :D

I replaced My Excalibur rings with some Millet steel rings they are very good quality just make sure you get a weaver style rings that is what the Excalibur base excepts.

Just remember the x bow is still a short range tool shoot at deer that are not on alert and under 35 yards and you will have great results. shoot farther and at deer that are raider locked in to you and you are asking for a poor hit, aim at the top of the heart for the most forgiving target /wiggle ...
