Older Excalibur Bows
Just wondering out loud here. How do the older Excalibur bows shoot and feel? I mean, do they seem "softer" at the shot compared to the new, shorter limbed bows? I have only shot one, the 330, but looking at the longer limbed bows, it would seem that they would not be as "violent"...

Scarecrow,
It is just the basic Cobra knot. Its really easy to do, just pull it extra tight as you go. Do it on your stock too, on the thin part that connects the stock to the handgrip, looks really good. Once on, it doesn't move or slide a bit.

Re: Congratulations to Jansey
My girls figured out how to use the video camera on my computer when they were very young. I now have some of the most awesome videos of them cutting up, singing and playing that I could never get on my own!! My wife and I watch them all of the time!! I also have some great ammo for when the boys st...

Re: Great Opening Day With The 330!
Thanks for the kind words fellas! Makes sense with the heart not pumping blood anymore but I would still think that there would be something to follow. 55 yds is not a far tracking job for sure and if you hit them there they are not running far anyways! The paracord wrap came about when I first got ...

Oh yea, it was right where he was standing. The blades were open, but from looking at the heart, may have opened late, I don't know.

Re: Great Opening Day With The 330!
Thanks fellas, Im thankful that I found him. I was discouraged after the bloodtrail petered out, thats for sure. What was odd is there was a hole on one side of the heart and a slit coming out. I guess it opened inside the heart? I don't know, always used slick tricks, they open every time! I am in ...

Great Opening Day With The 330!
Snuck my ladder stand in Friday afternoon as time kinda snuck up on me this year. I set it in a small group of trees in a field surrounded by hardwoods. In the past, I would set it on the field edge and watch as the deer would always head out into these trees. I have wanted to set up in these trees ...

I was in the same mode of thinking not too far back. It won't be long before the noise don't bother you, especially after seeing how accurate these things are. Wait till you dial that speed setting on your scope and shoot it at 60 yds!! Get you a flemish string from Vixenmaster and some string stops...

Re: String Building Question
I bet that is what Im trying to explain. Are there any noticeable differences in this way over a normal served loop?
