I like the grim reapers or slicck tricks out of my crossbow or vertical bow. Lots of good options though.

Re: My Verdict To Date On The AXE 340

Looks nice.

How does it compare to the Matrix Grizlly with the DR Stirrups installed for noise?

Took the plunge on a Scorpyd DS 380

Got the whole package for $699 USD brand new. both long and short cockers, sling, 6 bolts, scorpion venom kit. Loving this bow so far. Easier to cock than the the Matrix and so fast and quiet. It might be my go to for this season! only thing I dont like is the "have to shoot to let it down"...

Even though we feel the same way . Variety and color selection is what sells . It's like fishing .....the more...

Too many models to choose from??

Right now excal has 15 models of X-bows in their catalog. I love my Grizz and did some mods to it. Nikon Bolt scope, DB buster stops, sling, etc... Kind of overwhelming to pick one from the catalog for someone just getting into it. I personally wish they would go back to the basics and not chase the...

Re: 2019 Excaliburs

I shoot the grizzly model with a NICE Nikon scope on and some upgraded goodies. I get pass throughs on everything I shoot 305FPS slick trick broadhead combo at. All the bow I need to hunt with. I think with the increasing speed and weight too many issues come up with reliability and arrow flight. I ...

Re: pros and cons of shooting longer arrows

I like the longer arrow for this reason too. x2 This also eliminates the possibility of un-cocking an arrow through your foot. I have never done this myself but have heard a couple horror stories from people here.... I was going to post up mentioning the same! The idea is that if your arrow ...
