congratulations on the harvest that is a nice deer what bow are you shooting ? did you hit the shoulder blade on the entry or exit?

I have the woody max and they are great I consider them a 3 season boot however.
Muck boots are my number one go to bow hunting boot you will like them.

The poi thing between broad heads and field tips is common really all you need to do is remember if you switch between the two is the number of clicks to correct for it if you practice in the summer with field points and now fall is here and you want to switch to a broad head in you case you need to...

Just use the spot above the 20 yard cross hairs were the duplex goes from thick to thin as the aiming spot and you will be rite on at 10 yards.

Your zero will be very close but you will want to take in consideration the path of the bolt through the body of the deer it will exit lower than it goes in so depending on the severity of the angel you will want to shoot at a higher entry spot.

I keep it simple a week before the season opens I put my clothes out side on the covered porch on a little clothes rack and they stay their all season. I do not use cover scents,carbon clothing,scent eliminator,ect. I do wash myself and clothes in fragrance free soap and use fragrance free deodorant...

That stuff is pretty soft the latch hooks would most likely cut it pretty fast and I think it would wear on the rail quickly also .

No I would not their is to much time for the deer to move at the sound of the shot causing a poor hit.
