I have a rope cocker that I have used for over 5 years

I will mix 1 part vanilla extract 1 part sugar cane syrup (southern thang) 1 part almond or walnut extract will spry on soles of boots

Last week out walking fence line. Had a gentleman walk up and introduce himself. Come to find out he owns the 1800 acres surrounding the 50 acres I hunt. For the last 2 weeks feeder has been barren
Rain started yesterday here in east Texas
In a break in rain went out to check feeder to find a nice 9 point

We setup a thermacell
had an old pair of stinky socks
put socks at bottom of tree thermacell set at 8ft
turned it on had deer walk past tree
they never noticed the socks
don't know but seems to work for scent cover

How about those having problems put in there bolt weight

I know Excalibur says 350 min most other xbows with these speeds are say 400+
