Re: Micro 355 in stock
Archers nook in London Ontario had them in stock as well... :) I shot my Micro 335 this weekend and it's going to be hard to give it up... LOL Just don't give it up then. It would love to have a bigger brother in the family. :D If I didn't have the matrix 355, I would be getting micro 355 to keep t...

Re: This Morning I Pulled my Stands Fer Another Year,,
Hate the after season blues. But find ways to keep the spirit alive. Still pulling cards from my trail cams and seeing nice bucks that survived is always inspiring too. Lucky you though. Enjoy it! Good luck to you there.

Re: Deer Hunting in a Blizzard??
As they say, any day hunting is better than the best day at work! The deer are out there, and do move about in all conditions. It's just on you to be able to brave the elements or not. I personally would and do. Just choose a tactic. Slow stalking, or sit it out. Combine the both if the cold gets to...

Re: Can i buy a Excalibur Matrix 405 Mega without problems?
And the traditional stick and string guy's just sit back and laugh. As the rest go out with their latest greatest technology, and still think they need more tech to harvest. I was one of those traditional guys. But had to make this change to a crossbow in order to keep on with my hunting. Doctors or...

Re: He is Back
Glad it's not my site. Excaliburs call on that one then. I'm sure they are aware of him. But still let him voice himself and opinions. Almost everything he has posted gets a instant remark. So he's not getting anything by without it being seen by old members to set it straight. Or their opinions of ...

Re: He is Back
Just look at it as comic relief. He's not harming me any. Read and laugh at some of it. Mostly the some of the members remarks towards him. He really gets under some of their skins. Lol. He hasn't hurt my feelings any. I can read between the line's. He does open up discussions that other's are afrai...

Re: 2016 Micros
I dont think the Micro platform is going away anytime soon. To me it is the perfect hunting bow. Same here. Hope it remains for other's to enjoy the benefits of it. Mine's not going anywhere. I was even one of the unlucky to get the "overheated" limbs. Found out in the first month of owne...

Re: executioner broadheads
No debate here. Just remembering watching Fred Bear do this to his broadheads and telling us his and others reasoning behind it. One other was the damage of the slice was more jagged doing more to the tissue as it's going threw, and not dulling as fast as it enters. It wouldn't seal up as easily, as...

Re: executioner broadheads
That's the idea. Serrated holds edge better. Going threw hide and bone. A straight edge won't as well after going threw that. Starts dulling opon entry alot faster.

Re: executioner broadheads
Serrated blades use to have alot of followers. Even Fred Bear would take and run his file at a different angle to get it a bit serrated. Holds sharpness better and cuts better. Look at steak knifes as an example. But I'm not sure if these blades are being done in that fashion.
