Re: The End of an Era and Beginning of an Error?
For some reason there are a bunch out there that love to go after our warranty. What I meant by this is there seems to be a few people in the social media world who jumps on us at every opportunity to try and find holes in our warranty to discredit how good it really is. Our lifetime warranty has g...

Re: spam is back
Thanks Kevin for looking after this over the weekend, that's beyond the call of duty! :eusa-clap: I find the spambots focus on weekends and holidays to blast us knowing there is less moderation during those times. We have had almost no spam lately due to the many things we have in place but these sc...

Re: The End of an Era and Beginning of an Error?
P eter is that an up front cost on the rope replacement or do you send the 49.99 in when you have the rope replaced. I like to do as much research on a product before I buy and this is a big investment. I am not hearing much on this bow do you have any further testing information. Any issues? etc. T...

Re: The End of an Era and Beginning of an Error?
Just noticed this thread on serial numbers. It's true the reason we were the only crossbow company without serial numbers was because back in the day when crossbows were just getting popular local governments threatened to require anything with a serial number to be registered. This is no longer the...

Re: The new crank
have heard on social media, that the new charger ext crank, is making a bunch of clicks, and pops when cranking the xbow. Mine hasn't done it yet, or its not loud enough to hear it..hope they will fix it.. The Charger will make a little click about half way up the rail while cranking as the rope mo...

Re: The new crank
Just a note about using the Charger crank on older Matrix model crossbows, the rope length is a bit short for these models so the string will have to be pulled up to the hooks. The Charger is designed to be used with the Micro and Bulldog series crossbows, it can be adapted to work with other crossb...

We are actually about to bring out a new style Tac-Pac that will fit the new models like the Assassin, Micro's and Bulldogs. Don't have a part number or pricing yet but should be available soon.

Re: Speed ring screw on DLX
The screw on the speed ring only holds it to the internal assembly and is not a set screw. Do not over-tighten it or you can snap it off or strip it.

Re: Micro 335 warranty repair wrong ?
Are you saying that Excalibur will replace the riser at no charge (like a vehicle recall) even if there have been no limb problems as a preventive measure or that they will replace those that have shown limb issues? If your crossbow has had no limb issues there is no real reason to replace the rise...

Re: Are we nuts?
Before long we'll have 500 fps bows and 100 yard shots will become common. The big problem with this is anti-crossbow types can argue the fact crossbows are now too fast and more like a rifle than a bow and should be removed from archery seasons. This could destroy all the hard work that has been d...

Re: Are we nuts?
This is a great thread. We're constantly debating the speed issue here, from a marketing aspect fast crossbows always sell in huge numbers. When we introduced the Exomax that shot a modest 350 FPS (fastest crossbow at the time) the response was crazy and we could barely keep up to the demand. Howeve...
