Sounds like you have done your homework!vortex is probally the best bet for what your looking for. My ? is how far through the deer do u want to shoot? The 150's and 175's will do anything u want them to do 40yds in!I guess its just a personal preference!

Just keep the never give up attitude and you will be fine!!! Drought is killin me to here in Ga. I took two the first two wks of season and have not seen one since! Got one small hog and lost two hogs since.hunting public land here so its kinda tough! Good luck with your surgey...hope things work ou...

I left out the best part! I wasn't even shooting HIS haybale...I was shooting into my block target 2ft in front of the range target! I just packed up and went home...to old for drama!!!

Went to the range today to check my zero on ibex.when I got there two guy's were set up on 1st lane so I set up on last lane.About 10 min.after I started shooting one of them walk's up to me and say's he doesn't appreciate me shooting up HIS haybale with that crossbow!
