Re: The Number 1 most customized deadly Excalibur Crossbow

Re the weight. I just threw on a Harris bipod for the heck of it. It's coming in at just about nine even. Now my kodas won't feel left out : )

Eg , I'm not sure where you lay your head but be careful with that light. Some wardens don't take kindly to them.

Re: The Number 1 most customized deadly Excalibur Crossbow

Txb has it correct. The hha is definitely the way to go. Especially if you want to go past 80 but I was surprised and happy with the groups and penetration at 80 that I didn't feel the need to tweak it at all. Usually theses scopes with a bdc ( speed dial ) seem to have some inconsistencies but this...

Re: The Number 1 most customized deadly Excalibur Crossbow

#2. His baby brother. Love it I knew I couldn't be the only one with a mounted rangefinder like that...what kind of scope you using and all you need now is to add the optimizer speed dial Don't need the hha. The scope is a Zeiss. Just get the speed right on the bdc and it is calibrated out to 80. I...

Re: exocet for 200 dollars

This one one NJ craigslist??

https://allentown.craigslist.org/spo/5990561089.html

Good deal on a nice straight machined riser exo. That one shouldn't be around long if not gone already.

Re: Mods to an older Wolverine

It looks like the real deal to me. It just looks funny because of the flash, that's throwing the color off. Should say Excalibur on passanger side and wolverine on the other. I thought they were exo limbs too at first. I wouldn't do anything with the bow except hang it up! These are too precious. I ...

Re: Dan Miller helps again

That went over like a fart in church : ) I would just like to clarify because my post read like a hit job on the current line up. That's not my feelings at all. Personally I gravitate towards the older stuff. That's just my personal preference. That said I own a few of these current models and am ex...

Re: Dan Miller helps again

There is absolutely nobody living on this planet that knows more about crossbows ,and Excals especially , than Danny. I don't know every detail but he has quietly had a hand in making a lot if not all of the most iconic and innovative bows that have adourned the letters EC. A lot of which I'd person...

Re: why 200 lbs limit in nys on crossbows

They are idiots if coarse never hunted or worked a day in their life. Is this a blanket limit , or just for recurves?

Do they know the fastest bow on the planet is only 175# draw?

Re: What Sling Is On Your Xbow Show Pics

I don't do much walking but do have one on one of my koda's. It nothing special but gets the job done. This one is too nice to use and the only one I've ever seen. I always wanted to show it off. I guess now is good.

Re: Anybody ever see one of these ( Intercepter ) ?????

Woah!!!!! MM, now that's sexy. Never mind the pile of bows I'm standing in, all great in their own way, but if I had to chose just one for the rest of my life..... It would either be my xo like that or my early vixen, and be perfectly happy. That's georgeous. Who made that stock? Are they availible?...

Thanks Mr Meat. That's a mean looking stable you have going there yourself! I'm fond of those early Exocets. What's a custom aging stock and what's it look like. I like the sound of it.

I'm sorry Aging custom

Re: Anybody ever see one of these ( Intercepter ) ?????

Ok let's keep talking old bows but back to the original one in question. Since nobody could tell me what it is you have forced me to do something that goes against everything I stand for and attempt to do with these old birds. This one was just too cool and mostly reversible if needed. This is only ...
