SO, with the ATA show this weekend, any new product leaks?
Any guesses??
I'd like to see a better all-around crossbow scope.
I have 3 different models that I really like (Vortex XBR, Hawke SR Pro, Zeiss XB75), but none of them offers all the features of the others.
Be nice to see one that did.

Re: Arrow day
Nice!
Do the SKs fly the same as 2" blazers?
That Spynal Tapp logo is airbrushed on and won't "burn" into the target, correct?
Were those shafts the "close outs"?
Thanks

Re: Headlamp
Fenix HL55. I wear it every day! It's tough and bright and you will love it. Go ahead and spring for the rechargeable batteries, late forum member Pydpiper referred to them as " guiltless lumens"! Which rechargable battery/charger are you using? How does the headlamp work with a baseball ...

Headlamp
I need to get a headlamp.
Sounds simple, but finding the right one has been a pain.
Would like comfortable, bright (probably LED), easy to use and position.
Anyone got one they REALLY like??
Probably NOT the brim of the cap kind.
(AND not too expensive)
Not asking for much

Re: Ground Blinds
For the first time this year I used an Ameristep Brickhouse blind and it worked out OK. Well, except for the fact that the bears seemed to like to play with it when I left it out for spring turkey hunting and they beat it up a little. It was my first hub blind and one thing I would suggest is ...

Re: Sat on the ground with my ghillie suit on.
Nice job!
I've been ground blind hunting out of necessity the last week or two because its where the deer are entering a cut field and there are NO trees, makes hunting pretty exciting!

FINALLY!!!
After two years of hunting with a crossbow (my Excals), having my 78 year old friend score TWICE on deer using MY 380, and never shooting anything myself, I finally connected tonight. Just not what I would have thought. I had a WI fall turkey permit and had a nice gobbler unexpectedly walk into me r...

Well it happened again
I've only been into crossbows, Excals specifically, for about two years now and this is my second hunting season with them. At this point I've yet to shoot anything with them. I have had a blast just target shooting and tinkering with them, so I've certainly gotten my enjoyment out of them so far re...
