Keith , its slow and has the range of a 30-30 at best . Will the Ruger take a standard upper? I know my Bushmaster will take just about anything on the market, I have thought about getting a 308 or 243 upper for it., I just have it for fun and home protection 8) I would like to put a sound suppresso...

Yes they have a problem with bears having mange in Pa. just do a google search. Seems to have always existed to some degree but in the last 3 years it is showing up very often in certain parts of the state. a few years ago we saw a big wolf just south of Hurley Wi. that looked like he had his hair c...

W.M. over my 40 plus years hunting whitetails I have experienced that early horn drop several times, seemed to always coincide with a wet fall followed by hard cold . I had a season back in Pa. when I got skunked during rifle season in fact the 12 guys in our camp hunted hard the first week of rifle...

Just to add my .02 I have shot both the 100 & 125 they both fly great. I'm currently using the 100gr head with 125gr blades to achieve the 11/2" cut and they fly with the same POI as the reg. 100gr head out to 40yds. I do agree you need to be careful when placing inside your Excalibur quive...
