Warranty dept. shipped out new limbs immediately which was great. I realize nothing is perfect so I was OK with this. My Matrix 380 never had limb issues...

Mine arrived beat up but all parts where there I think. Were lock pins supposed to be supplied to lock the rear frame when unfolding? Instructions show the pin but it's not on parts list.
Also the handle came bent. It does not look to be from shipping but most likely from the manufacturer.

Exactly there is a way different smell until it all becomes ammonia in the end. Spray doe p on a tree and then smell your pee even my crappy old nose can tell the difference. Lol.
