Re: If You like your M380
How did you extend the stock? My chief complaint is how the factory configuration crowds me into the scope.

Re: Dead Ringer Kill Switch?
I also saw the video where the dead turkey was shot. The wound would have proven fatal, but the bent blade wasn't terribly reassuring. I ordered some 125 gr Trauma heads instead. Several videos I watched of body shots on turkey showed significant damage and short blood trails. I prefer body shots to...

Re: Which Excal makes the most sense for me?
I'm absolutely impressed with the 350LE. I gave one to my son and sold one to my father. Easy to cock and, though I have yet to chronograph one to verify, I hear that they're going 360+ with 350gr. bolts. If I weren't so in love with my Micro 335, I'd be shooting a 350LE. The 'LE' means limited edit...

Dead Ringer Kill Switch?
I'm considering the Dead Ringer Kill Switch broadheads in my Micro 335 for our upcoming turkey season. After watching multiple online reviews I'm a little skeptical. Several reports of opening on launch/during flight.

Re: Micro 335 bolt suggestions
I shoot 18" (state law here) BEE's, 3" right offset fletch, 110 gr brass inserts, and 125 gr heads. Field points and Muzzy 125 shoot same POI.

Re: How Much Speed Is Really Needed
It can't hurt, but in my experience, not particularly necessary. You already know that you have pinpoint accuracy and you're comfortable with your existing set up. I wouldn't change, unless you just want a new bow. I've put several bolts through a Bulldog. It's an impressive performer, but I do not ...

I voted 425 even though my 18" BEE's w/ 110gr inserts, 3" vanes, Lumenok, and 125 Muzzys are in the 430-something range

I installed R.E.D.S. on my son's 350le, adjusted for 1/4" off the R.E.D.S., which resulted in 3/4" off the riser

Any 350le shooters?
I just upgraded my son from a Grizzly to a 350le, and thus far I'm quite impressed! I love the balance, the shorter OAL, and the significant gain in performance. I'm thinking that a 350le with R.E.D.S., Air Brakes, and a ADF may be the bow for me too. Interested in hearing experiences/opinions from ...

Re: Micro 355 vs bulldog 400
I'm not much on velocity. I prefer accurate and compact. The entire line of Excalibur bows has the accuracy department covered. The Micro 355 is small, light, and fast, but the Bulldog's cocked width is less than two inches wider than the cocked width of the 355. But the Bulldog also weighs over a p...

0.001" vs. 0.003" accuracy??
Black Eagle Executioners and Zombie Slayers are offered in straightness options of 0.001" and 0.003", for a decent significance in price. How likely am I to notice a difference of 0.002" in bolt straightness? I'm sure the general concensus will be to go with the 0.001" shafts, bu...
