carry case for matrix 380
folks I'm looking to get a hard/plastic moulded type case to store it and carry it to the range. The tombstone cases are a bit large for my safe so looking for something that stores it broken down( riser off). Have been browsing standard rifle cases and also the compound vertical bow cases by plano....

Re: What's next??
As an old fashioned grouch from a remote part of the globe, my hope is they add and change nothing. This battle for supremacy against compound crossbows is not winnable the only loser will be customers. Its going to result in high model turnover, pushing design limits , adding gadgets and the hidden...

gun safe size conundrum
I'd like store my crossbow in a new gun safe I am looking to buy. I had to ditch a much larger heavier safe I had for financial reasons. Now I either got the option of buying a new 34"+ wide safe for the width of the bow( which is much larger than I need rifle wise, more expensive and heavy) or...

Re: Budget arrow options
thanks longbow joe. would 20" 2219's with a 125 grain muzzy broadhead of some type have a decent chance of working out in a matrix 380? Any idea what the overall weight would be and the FOC? I'd like to stay at least 400 grains or so. These seem to be about a very affordable combo

Re: Budget arrow options
Thanks for the suggestions and offer of quills. I'll PM folks. Unfortunately I think shipping might be a killer for small qty's. From what I am gathering on the subject its best to stay with quality products, but look for bargains and discounts. I have to admit I try my best to support small industr...

Budget arrow options
gents any mediocre arrow shaft choices that reduce expenses and still worth a try? Asking as I am clearing quite a few hogs from local farms( no firearms allowed by the farmers) and if numbers climb into the dozens I am going to punished financially. Are aluminium shafts an option or same/price less...

Would excal ever do a commemorative release?
Of old models? Like a run of an exo era bow or matrixes as a one off. Seriously I think they would sell like beer. You can see in the signature lines of so many folks on crossbow forums - 'owner of exocet, vortex' etc -these things are still highly regarded.

Thanks fellas, I am seriously considering it. I'm assuming if he sends a stock to my country I don't need to be a bowsmith to install it myself?
