Hunting has been slow the last couple of weeks. I took the compound bow out for a sit this afternoon and shot the first two that came into range. Here's the combined video.

Good advice. The only thing I hate worse than tracking a deer in total darkness is jumping up a wounded deer in total darkness. It makes for a longer and/or restless night.

Congrats on the freezer queen. Considering the slightly quartering away angle, that wasn't a bad shot. You squarely hit the far lung. It's amazing how much ground one can cover in a short period. Good job on the recovery.
