Re: Mounting range finder to xbow
I mounted a LE-032 range finder with a pressure switch on my riser . It has a scan mode on it . I can look thru my scope and still see the range with my other eye. Stump shooting it works . And the pet deer in my back yard have all been "shot" a few times. Have to wait for till Sept. for ...

Re: Hogs in Ontario?
If you are talking about memorandum from one of Boo's attachments that one was issued by MNR 2014 for residents of United Counties of Prescott and Russell. Does it apply 2019 in say Georgina or Magnetawan or Flamborough? What are MNR directions for this year for the whole province of Ontario? Or the...

Re: Hogs in Ontario?
Why when I wright "cooking room" comes out as a "spam"?
Checked three times and it happens all the time.
Because someone was advertising them here while back?

Re: Hogs in Ontario?
"If feral pigs are a nuisance, they should be treated as a nuisance. " As are raccoons in the City of Toronto. Try to touch one😣. Couple years ago I am sitting in my spam having a coffee and watching City TV morning news. There comes live broadcast of an arrest of a guy that got frustrated...

Re: Hogs in Ontario?
However, please don't take my word for this before you go blasting pigs at night with a spotlight. Better talk to an Ontario lawyer, but you shouldn't be seen as a looney to be asking..... Personally, I have no intention of hunting them, day or night, even if I see one, before I see the rules. All ...

Re: Hogs in Ontario?
Laws will vary by jurisdiction. Those piggies SHOULDN'T be defined as "wildlife", because they aren't-- any more than if an African lion were prowling your back yard. Still, your provincial law may be worded differently, so they might get included as wildlife. There again, all hunting aft...

Re: Hogs in Ontario?
I think MNR should do better job at making public (especially hunters) aware of this issue, clarify and regulate if it needs to be regulated. Allow night hunting perhaps? Let's say I am at the cottage in the middle of August and bunch of piggies comes and starts digging my lawn: can I kill it? How m...

Re: Hogs in Ontario?
Interesting map.
Some close to my cottage. Without photos posted I wouldn't believe.
Looks like I am wasting money buying pork.
How come MNR never mentioned this in Ontario Hunting Regulations? Or I missed it?

Re: Bluetooth nocks
It's progress. And not every progress was welcomed in its beginning. As for price it will come down when everybody starts making them. Lighted nocks are good (it was a progress at one time, pretty much norm now), but not very helpful when buried in a foot of snow. Happened to me few times. Bluetooth...

Re: What's your take
Take the toy money and buy a hunt you have always wanted to go on and use a toy you all ready own on it. ×2 Or take a trip somewhere you wanted. Make some memories. Why buy something you don't need just to keep tradition going on? If you continue doing that for rest of your life you'll need more sp...
