Has anyone tried these? Was considering these because they are 150 grain and mechanical. The only one , I believe that makes 150 grain mechanical.
Just wanted some opinions on them first before I purchased them.
Thanks

Vixen II
What are some opinions on this model for Deer, Turkey and Black Bear? Also all around target shooting. Also, does it have dissipator bars and pads?
Thanks

Re: Dry fire!
Thanks for the replies and advice everyone. Just another question: does Excalibur even make limbs for the old long limbers anymore? I mean what do you do if you had to swap out for a new set? I was actually thinking of getting a Vixen II. But now not so sure. Tom They have plenty and the molds to m...

Dry fire!
Yup ,I did it to my Phoenix, with Flemish string. Then took a big chance by continuing to sight in after close inspection. Has anyone dry fired with a Flemish string and not had problems in the future? A little concerned.

Bohning Fletchtite Platinum
Has anyone had a problem with this glue not holding on Blazer Vanes? Out of about 60 vanes , I've had probably 10-12 just pop off . I cleaned with acetone, both vanes and bolt. Just curious because some held up.

Re: Sighting in issues ...Matrix 310
Thanks for the advice everyone. I will take all into consideration while sighting in. Does anyone think I would be better off shooting 100 grain vs. 150 grain tips for flatter trajectory?
Thanks

Sighting in issues ...Matrix 310
So I'm all sighted in to 40 yds. with my Matrix 310. I have a Dead Zone scope. Shooting from benchrest. All screws are tight. When I shoot to 50 yds. my bolts take a nose dive of about 10-12" . Some fall short of target. Then test back to 40,30,20 yds. and it's still deadon. I tried adjusting s...

EZ fletch
Has anyone reflected their Diablo bolts with the Arizona EZ fletch with Blazer vanes?
And, do they work as well as they do on the Firebolts?
Thanks,
Tom

Re: Excalibur Tac Pac
Is this worth the money just to attach the crosspod for benchrest sighting in? Is there a cheaper alternative to the Tac Pac to attach a bipod for sighting in? Maybe a swivel type attachment bipod? Thanks Tom I really LIKE my TacPac rail. It gives me three rails to attach my quiver, video camera, a...
