I just bought a x sit an climb since it weighs 12 pounds figured it be better then my summit open shot for deep wood hunts , well I was wrong I never worked so hard to get up a tree15 feet in my life. Only good thing about the stand is the seat

Yeah if I was there no way I'd pay for that I'm tighter then bark on a sycamore tree. but she was doing me a favor an didn't know lol. She said everything to do with hunting is expensive lol

My wife took my cub to the pro shop today to get reserved for 20 dollars an can pick it up tomorrow. I will definitely do my own serving for now on. 20 dollars an have to drive back to pick it up is insane , at least to me it is

Yeah going to the local pro shop to pick up string material an a stringer An do all my tuning an string care. I use to do my own compound strings an serving. Guess I was thinking the recurve crossbow be less hands on so to speak . Thanks for the information

What causes that, Not tied tight enough ? I'm ok with taking it to a local shop to get reserved no major issue just curious about how to maybe prevent it. Too bad crossbow makers couldn't come up with some kind of string loop or hook to latch instead of the string don't even know if that be possible...

So does these changes in brace height, change the arrow impact that much at 30 to 35 yards ? Say 15/16 an then twist to 1 1/8 ?

Hi name is Chris an I'm new to crossbows an crossbow hunting. i just got my second crossbow the matrix cub an checked the brace height an it's measuring 1 3/4 my question is that too high or should I take it to the pro shop to have it adjusted or will it settle in over time? My axiom is right at 5/1...
