Re: Swhacker broadheads
I've tried a few in my life... I'm shooting the 100g - 2" and like em. My last buck spun as I pulled the trigger and ended up hitting him behind the shoulder but at an extreme quartering to shot. After the shot all we found was a pile of gut poop on the ground. I was a nervous wreck and played ...

Re: swacker crossbow 125 grain and matrix 405?
I've been using small rubber bands from dental braces. I buy a little bag on-line real cheap. They last forever and when they open, they normally do no break off. I clean em up and slide them back over and use again. I like my Swhacker 100g. 2" broadheads!

Re: Is everyone aware of the 4 bows being raffled for $20.00
Any chance someone can bring some tickets to the Exaclibur factory tour?
Update: Sunday morning. 7/17. Something just came up and now I will not be able to drive up for factory tour. I will be contacting the US member for donation info and tickets. I was really looking forward to driving up.

Re: Excalibur factory tour for Boofest attendees
Do you know what time the tour might be? I read something about a morning tour. I'm going to ask off work that day and try to lock it in. I really would like to make it work. I'd be driving up from NW Ohio.

Awesome video... although as a hunter I would not be too proud of that shot placement! Obviously it worked. Amazing how quick it just pours out.Hillcountry wrote:Anyone ever see this? It's really amazing how this broad head affected a bull moose.

So if I order and have shipped to the states, it's approx. $650? That seems like a steal!robertyb wrote:That will run about $650 after US conversion. Another great buy.

Re: broad head selection
I used the original 1" Slick Trick 100g for the longest time because of how well they fly. I cannot complain about their effectiveness as most dropped in sight or earshot. The one thing I didn't like was the blood trails... little specks of blood here and there and most were double lung shots. ...

Dry spell over... finally!
I was fortunate enough to harvest this mature buck Sunday evening before our Ohio gun season started on Monday morning. My tried and true Exocet by my side, sitting on the ground with my new best friend (Ghost Blind), 100 grain Swhacker 2" broadheads, 15 yards, short 50 yard recovery. He's no m...
