Re: magnus bullhead broadheads
I've never tried them but I've heard your range is a little more limited as they like to drift a bit and you have to use a rope stirrup or a bracket to shift the stirrup down to clear the heads. Would love to see one of these things connect though.

S5 bolt size
Can anyone tell me the bolt size and thread for the S5's? Working on a camera mount and wondering if I can use a longer bolt on my S5's to elevate kind of like munch does with his mounts.

Re: Boss Tom Down
That's a great looking Tom for sure. It's amazing how many colors come through when you lay them out in the sun. I'll be out chasing them next weekend here in Nebraska.

Re: New to Excalibur and an arrow question
Welcome to the Excalibur club. I shoot the factory fletched 18" Black Eagle Executioners with Blazer vanes and 92 gr inserts out of my Ibex and they work awesome. You sometimes have to rotate the arrows and try them using each vane as your cock vane to see which one is most closely aligned with...

Re: Arrow combination set up
I would agree. You can't really go wrong with either setup. I shoot the same arrows and chose the 92 grain insert. Shoots both the 100's and 125's great.

Shiloh Ranch Hog Hunt
Has anyone been to Shiloh Ranch in OK to hunt hogs? A couple of buddies and I are looking for a place for a weekend hunt and have seen a few recommendations for this place in OK. Just wondering if anybody on here has been there and can give me an honest opinion about the place. Thank you.

I've heard good things from a few other people about the rage 2 blade heads on turkeys out of their vertical bows.

Re: Black Eagle Executioner ?

Re: turkey broadheads
I've never shot the Guillotene or Bullheads but a couple buddies of mine do and they normally sight them in on a pillow. Free hanging so it can move with the hit and swing freely. I am going to try turkey hunting this Spring and plan to either shoot Slick Trick Magnums or Cabela's Lazer Strike II Cr...

Re: Deer #'s down for this past hunting season
Some of the areas I hunt here in Nebraska lost 40-60% of the herd to EHD in the 2012-13 season. We went from seeing 15-20 deer in a normal rut day to maybe 5. The ones that are left have a lot more habitat to choose from so anything that was marginal cover before is no longer holding deer. Hopefully...

Re: Deer Crossing arrows
I bought a half dozen last spring to try out and I wasn't overly impressed with their quality. Their service was great and they did ship fast so that is a positive. Unfortunately none of the brass inserts were squared so broadheads wobbled badly on every arrow I got. When spun on an arrow spinner at...
