if possible go out and spend several days at high elevation before you hunt, this will help you get accustom to the lack of air and also help you determine if you are one of the many that will get elevation sickness which comes in many forms. Very simple, I put the gore tex on grab my benelli and the lab and just hunt ducks! Seriously, if its raining I don't bow hunt. I lost one years ago in my youth thanks to a misty rainy day, found the buck the next day in a laurel thicket spoiled and less then 100yds from where he was shot.

Hey guys thanks for the welcome . I Really am a born and raised yinzer! Been in wi.since 95 . Looking forward to someday gettin back to Pa. I will admit that killing bucks in the west side of wi. Is as good as it get. I will post pics as soon as I can.

I went to that festival while in college for forestry at wacc . Took a great course in tracking wounded deer. Do they still offer that? They even had a hog shoot back then.world's end is a beautiful place!

Hi, Long time lurker first time poster(not much into social media) I'm a long time vbow user as first deer was in 1971 with 40lb Pearson. Anyway have killed lots of 4 legged creatures with everything from flintlock to a Lapua. Picked up a crossbow 3yrs ago just for something new just recently change...
