Re: Serving killer
Sorry Jeff, yes good money spent. Honestly an in house Excal trigger with a Boo blessing is money for me. It's like shooting a big bore gun at game, never noticed the kick, can't remember the squeeze. Haven't shot high end triggers and I'm sure they are nice. Just keep picking a spot, thanks Boo...

Re: 308 Short Banshee
Jeff, nice bow. For those of us who have not held or shot one. With the speed coming out of that bow, where do you feel this bow will be utilized at it's best? Thanks... Speed @ normal archery ranges is overrated. Most of my shots are well under 30 yards. Long distance shooting is not what it's int...

Re: The 380 Mad Max,,, Defines Consistency!
Nice report Wildcater My first Excal was an Equinox I took it to a 3d shoot and dry fired it half way through the course, I looked it over real good and finished the course with no loss of accuracy try that with a compound X bow. Remember that day well, accuracy was good can't say the same for the ...

Re: Broadhead VS Fieldpoint POI
Billy good read, I've always been a fixed blade shooter I stay with one tip that shoots well for me, the G5 Striker. Never wanted the "what if thought" with a mechanical, opening not opening? Shooting BH's are tough on targets I get it. A wounded or lost animal sucks, yardage is the key. H...

Re: X-Hanger 3 and Fixed Broadheads
Sorry can't answer your question on the X-Hanger. What I do or did is use the original quiver, black receiver and hardware offered by Ecxal that came with the bow. Same idea, I use a shoulder bag and on the shoulder strap I just made two small holes. I attached the black quiver receiver to the strap...

Feeder Advice
This will be my second season running a deer feeder. Last year I had the feeder set up in a small clearing maybe a 20 yard opening in thick cover. Had my portable tripod stand tucked into a Pine tree overlooking this clearing/hole. Thinking what an awesome spot not so much, seen deer but just not in...
