Re: Michigan Trooper Shot with Crossbow

Every time one of these idiots is caught in the act they should be shot dead. No trying to figure out why they do or did it, how to help them, mental health study, screw that, end it on the spot!

Not PA, but in Indiana it works the same way. I have killed 4 in one sitting on several occasions now (gun).

Took a couple days off work - made sure the bow is shooting, string properly adjusted, scope tight, still hitting the bull - life is good. And while it would kinda suck if my one and only deer tag got filled within the f...

Outstanding! Same broad head you killed the deer with? A twofer? Did you turn the width down like you said you were going to try? Congrats. Way to go.

Re: First ever September deer

Yep, congrats to you. I have abolished the hot weather hunting idea a couple years ago. Too much work getting it processed in a hurry in the heat. Been there, done that, no more for me.

Let's hear about #1. Did you find it? Bother looking? Surprised it walked away from that broad head. Hope it got cut in half, would love to see another hatchet pic like your deer. Congrats.

Re: Wife takes 1st crossbow kill

Yes mam, way to go!!! A big congrats. I am lucky to have a wife that enjoys the outdoors, shooting and fishing. She does not want to participate in the hunting part herself, but does help in the processing and eating wild game, and bringing our son up to enjoy all of our outdoor activities. Again, g...
