Re: Brace height issue
Greetings. Micro 315, with new Flemish strings. (Bow and String/s, have not been shot yet) I just installed the D. Miller string stops. For whatever reason, I cannot get any space between the string and the stops. String is pushing in the stops. What am I doing wrong? I tried twisting string in bot...

Re: “Thoughts on Sunday Hunting”
No. I do not agree to Sunday Hunting. More so, because of traditions, I guess... That said, Sunday is a day of Worship, Family time, and Sunday Dinners... Here in PA, they are attempting to pass a 3 Sundays per Deer season law. Currently you can only Hunt "No closed season" game... If you ...

Re: String Stops
I've used all three string stoppers. Danny's baby bumper stoppers are good, but you need to buy the posts also. Since the DrStirrup dBKiller stops fit the stock Excalibur posts, they are the best bang for your buck. Buy them once and you'll be good for life. With the exception of one crossbow that ...

Re: Aluminum Arrows
I shoot an Easton 2219 aluminum arrow, but I'm shooting a 20" arrow with a 150grn BoltCutter. I very seldom shoot deer more than 20 yards. Complete pass through every time. Shot a deer with a 20" DCA(Deer Crossing Arrow)carbon with a 150grn BoltCutter at approx 17 yards and hit the deer sl...

Re: Aluminum Arrows
Man that's a huge jump in weight from 60 to 150. I like 110 grains but I'm using carbon with 125 grain heads. If you like the heavier FOC then I would go with the 150 grains and your 125 grain heads. I ask this question to all aluminum users.......................... WHY? I failed to mention that, ...

Aluminum Arrows
I know there have been previous posts about this, but I wanted to refresh my memory... 2219, Easton Mags., (.305 ID) for use on a Micro 315. Using steel inserts. (Ethics Archery) I contacted Bruce, the Tech support guy, and he mentioned what they had available. 60, 150, 175, grs... Using a 16.5"...

String Stops
Just wanted to get a bit on info., about string stops for a Micro. I seen that Horizontal Archery (Dan Miller) has his own string stops. Just wondering if they would fit on a Micro. I know that if it is from Dan, that it would be well made. I have never seen them, and just wanted to find out more ab...

Re: Will this work
Excalibur always sold the 150 grain back in the day with alluminum bolts that got you about 180 up front. In my testing a 55 grain dummy insert and a normal 30 grain insert with a 125 head was even more but l had great flight. Slick trick used to make a 175 head which l think they were majorly stup...

Re: Will this work
Never heard much out of Hoss so I got tired of waiting and ordered 2 packs of the 60gr from Ethics. They showed up yesterday and appear that will work fine, the OD fits the 2219 just right. These are in the clearance section so not sure if they are discontinuing them or what? I believe they had 60,...

Re: LUMENOKS-HAS ANYONE TRIED THE "PANK"AND OR GREEN ONE'S?
The "Pank" Noks are nice. Very easy to see your arrow! I fletch with both Pink and Orange Vanes. So, I get those color Noks. The Panks are a little more expensive.
