I PUT mine in the mail on July 24th. I haven't heard anything. Do you get an email when they rec your trigger ?

Welcome aboard and congratulations on your crossbow purchase. The exomax is a great crossbow. I had one for 11 years till I let my best friend talk me out of it.

Hold on target and squeeze the trigger and it will put them right in there at 60. Deadly hunting machine.
