Re: Happy birthday SEW!

Again, thank all of you. And again, I appreciate the peaceful, warm nature of this board. I’m actually going to give the SWAR a rest and shoot the BD400 some this weekend just to feel more a part of this fraternity.

Re: Happy birthday SEW!

Thank all of you. I’m very blessed. Don’t feel old and plan for the best days to lay ahead.

This is a very nice board without, to me, any negative agendas; rather, just wholesome crossboyers. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this group.

Re: Turkeys

Here in Arkansas, they seem most active in mid morning and 2-3 hours before dark. The turkey population has been low for a few years.
I got one on opening morning. Ambushed it in a food plot out of my bear blind. I called it in, but it snuck in silently. Have heard no gobbles at all.

Re: Results from staying at home

Those who are not married will continue to be ignorant of their faults, but those (Husbands) who are married will learn that they have even more faults than had already been brought to light. Seriously, we’re doing great, anticipating turkey season, next week. Please stay as safe as practical.

Re: A few still dont get it!

It has come to that . We live on a island and have limit supplies and the summer people have come here and loaded up on supplies and went back home on the next ferry . we have no hospital within 90 miles and are limited to health care . I must say some folks are being great about coming over for in...

Re: Mechanical head premature opening test (Graphic heavy)

It’s good to finally see “launch” rather than “speed”. Clearly and simply, it’s launch acceleration force that can prematurely open expandible broad heads, not speed. I have used Spitfires since their first month on the market, but tried a few others since a premature opening a few times. Now, I’ll ...
