My wife cuts goose breasts along the grain into half inch cutlets and pounds them until they are a quarter inch thick. Eggs them and then breads them. Fries them till brown. (They can be frozen for later use at this point)Bakes them in tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce for 2 to 3 hours at 300F or unti...

I am guessing but if you did not have to give your string any real number of twists to get your brace height then you are probably ok. The STS sure does suck up an awful lot of excess energy which is what damages the limbs. I've not heard of anyone damaging their STS equipped bows yet. Be you feel s...

Another excuse to drop by your shop! :D :D :D :D I'm sure it will look even better with whiskers. Is that a black Vixen in the background? Yes Harold, it is a Deluxe Vixen. Very nice too! I got the MaxPoint this morning and had my wife bring the Vixen so I could snitch the scope for the MaxPoint so...

Donno how fast this is but it smokes! Strangely enough it isn't extremely noisy nor is it as difficult to cock compared to the Max.
Geeeze the stirrup isn't even scratched!

Strikenmike, I just got my STS out of the box today, and you are right. The metal bits are too long. Just went to the hardware store and bought a piece of 3/8 inch aluminium (same size says my micrometer) and cut it to fit with a hack saw, about 3/16 shorter. No problem to file or fit. I think Stri...

Re: BOW MAINTANENCE QUESTION

Hi everybody Two questions, they might sound easy and silly. But I need some feed back. 1. Do you unstring your bow each day after the hunt? or you just leave it on for the season. I have the dissipator pads on. so that means I have to remove them each time right? 2. For those city guys without a c...

Thanks, however if the string hits the bumpers just before it reaches the normal brace height what happens as far as arrow speed, accuracy, etc? One last STS question...my package included two replacement bumpers and two pieces of what appear to be dental floss or serving material. Of course their ...

I know us Canadians get ripped off bigtime :D when it comes to buying anything is the automotive market but that`s really reasonable! Three and a half years ago I paid about $50,000.00(after tax) for my Tachoma! Geeeze Ray, what you paid is quite reasonable for what you got!
