If you have the T-Handle style puller, or make one, heat the arrows in hot water and pull them out. You can also screw an old field point in and heat with small heat source. I use boiling water.

You can, but it will hang out past the end of the stirrup. As far as function, and accuracy go, you will be OK.

Welcome, and X2 on the arrows. Some of us go shorter to allow us to hang the bow on a hook while hunting on stand without bumping the broadhead.
