String question
Are the strings made by various people on this forum for the micro faster and quieter than the stock string? Do they last longer? Im thinking of ordering one and wanted to know what you guys and gals think about them compared to the stock string.

Air Brakes on a Matrix 380
I wanted to let you folks know about the air brakes on a matrix 380. They helped some for sure. Limb noise and limb vibration were reduced a bunch. However the string being released is so loud that the air brakes don't have any bearing on deer. While it doesn't effect the deer the air brakes are wor...

lumenock for BEA
What size lumenock best fits Black Eagle Executioners? The one that fits the firebolts is way too big. I sanded them down but I would like to buy some that actually fit right.

X act broadhead won't open!
I bought a new pack of x acts yesterday to try for the first time and I am disappointed. Shooting a Matrix 380 with a 437gr BE executioner at 30 yards into a rinehart 18-1 target. Blades did not open at any point! I then put a piece of card board in front of the target just to make sure that it wasn...

Anti-dry fire sticking?
The anti dry fire on my 380 is sticking. One time it even did it after the shot. I was loading an arrow and I didn't see the anti dry fire and it was because it was stuck up! When I depress the release it sticks as well. Anyone else had this happen? What should I do?

Shot the 380 again.
Today I took off the tac zone and replaced it with an old Bushnell 3-9 that I had removed from my 30-06 last year. Even though it's old it still works good. I will be getting a different scope in the future so the Bushnell is temporary. I sighted it in at 30 yards and shot away. After sighting in th...

Leuopld
Is there any difference between the 2-7x33 shotgun scope and the crossbones besides price and the reticle? Or is it the same scope other than that?

Re: Leupold vx-1 3-9X 40mm
It's not the 3-9 that I care about it's the 40mm.

Leupold vx-1 3-9X 40mm
I like 40mm scopes better than the 33mm and was wondering if it would be a good fit for the Matrix 380. I know that the 33mm would be good but if I decide to go with the 40mm will it work?

First day with the 380
Sighted it in today at 20 yards and it shot great. It is kinda loud with a higher pitch but for a shorter duration than the nox was. To me it is slightly easier to cock than the nox, the shorter stroke really comes into play here. I took a few shots at 30 with the speed ring set at 335 but I can't e...

Had to get one!
Just got a Matrix 380 blackout! This will be my second year with a crossbow and I can't wait to shoot it. It looks great and the size difference is more than I expected. If I get to shoot this weekend I'll post the results.

Re: Scopes ???
Why is it that most of you leupold owners have the shotgun scope instead of the crossbone x-bow scope? What makes it better? What type of reticle does it have?

New tunable bolt cutter
Bolt Cutter now comes in a tunable form so you can align the blades with the fletching. If you go to innerloc's web site it's explained in detail. I like the bolt cutter head it's built well but past 30 yards my accuracy decreased with the old ones. Do you think that aligning the the blades with the...
