Re: Vortex speeds???
The Flemish string will definitely give you more speed. I shot mine in and then put the factory string back on the bow till deer season. Or so I thought. Re: Swhacker Broadhead Failure
I agree that something like a partial dryfire or a damaged head had to take place. Even out of a Vixen that arrow should have blown straight through the deer no matter if it deployed or not.

Re: What Type Of Rain Gear Do You Carry With You?
Dont forget guys that another great item for the damp rainy weather is the tree unbrellia. I use them all the time as they help with limiting the dampness and will keep rain and snow off your scopes while on sit. Far as I'm concerned they are one of the best hunting items out there that can be used...

Re: Not so proud...
I had a partial dryfire several months ago and got a big limb splinter from it (unless it was already there). On advise from this forum and Excalibur I broke off the splinter and went on shooting and hunting. I will do a limb swap once deer season is over. Excals rock.... :D Just curious robertyb.....

From what I remember! Datsun became Nissan. I drove the last model Datsun 4X4 PU for several years....
