Leupold duplex firedot found on the VX•R 2-7x33mm would be my choice. My personal leupold's don't have illuminated reticles since the clarity of a Leupold scope eliminates the need. I use a Leupold rifle scope with a duplex reticle. I sight the crosshair at 25 yards and can just use the crosshair for any deer from 0-30 yards.
