A buddy of mine took a buck and doe with one shot. They were trotting side by side when he shot and got a mount of the two animals side by side on a single plaque. Looks really nice. Sorry, but I don't have a picture to show.

Best of luck on your search. The first thing I would do is to try and find the bolt. That will let you know if you hit her or not. I hope you did and that you do find her. If you did hit her, you should be able to see where she was standing based on the tracks where she took off running, and may be ...

Ray, my 5 year old pointed a deer out to me last year. I never would have seen her, and the other 2 if it had not been for him. They were only 30 yards off.

I also use a Seat O The Pants harness. I also put mine on at the truck. Only used one season, but have been very happy with it. Hope I don't have a need to test it though. :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol:
