Ive cocked and shot it but have not tried decoking. Just leary since your holding 270 lbs with 1 hand

I just received my micro 335 and need a little advise on mechanical broadheads.I will be using the 250 gr quills but want to use either 100 0r 125 gr broadhead.Can I switch out to a heavier insert? If so what insert gr. do I need for 100gr and 125gr.I contacted cs and was told I could use 100gr but ...
