Re: Question 380 or 405

I have the M380 i bought and tricked out before the 405 was available. I love my bow but if i had to do it from the beginning I'd go with the 405. The 380 is more than enough for anything I'm just a freak for power. As far as arrows go, start off right and go straight for the Black Eagle Zombie Sla...

Re: Daughter's 19th Birthday Present

So my daughter is a massive Edgar Allan Poe fan. So for her birthday I just picked this up from the taxidermist: http://i1363.photobucket.com/albums/r719/Joe_Miedema/P1310045_zpsf1c8893c.jpg Being the redneck that I am I shot this guy from inside my dining room (do rednecks have dining rooms?) this...

Re: Boltcutter Broadheads

I have been using the same Wasp broadheads since 1984 when I got my first foxfire crossbow.! I'm old school and grew up watching Fred Bear and back then, you kept the same broadhead and kept them and maintained them., filed down and kept them sharp. I also had bought extra blades and such and have ...

Re: Thoughts on my new Matrix 380

A couple more ideas that can help tone down your bow... I used some scrap polyelythene foam packing material cut into long square strips to fill the rail. Some use the expanding spray foam but I wanted to be able to undo it if I ever needed to. It helps reduce the hollow "clink" sound whe...

Re: Prayer request for a fellow hunter- Update

The last couple days Shannon had fluid building up around his lungs and had trouble breathing but that is getting better, and he continues to improve. Today he was moved out of ICU and into a regular hospital room, and they have him up and walking some and he is gaining strength. GREAT NEWS!! Thank...

Re: Ignitor (NuFletch) nocks

Anthony, I think you will find that you really don't handle the light sticks all that often. I practice without them and only put the light sticks in when I am getting my hunting arrows ready. After that they ride around in my quiver until an opportunity presents itself for me to pass one through a...
