If the noise is the retainer hitting the rail then use either regular heat shrink or double wall heat shrink. If it is just vibrating add weight which will change the frequency to one that you won't hear much of. Drop by the shop or my house and pick up some double wall heat shrink if you want. You...

Fletching
My friend's father in-law gave me his blitz Fletch jig today. It has both the straight and right helical clamp. What is better to Fletch blazers with? I am new to the fletching world and any help would be appreciated.
