Re: Magnus Black Hornet broadheads

Yes they do. I had thought about going with 100 grains but I will try them with my trad bows too. That is why I went with the 125’s instead.

Magnus Black Hornet broadheads

I ordered a pack of the serrated 4 blades in 125 grain. I may give them a try this year if they fly ok.

Re: Did something that might be dumb

I changed my rings out and put the old scope back on. I was doing pretty good even out to 60 yards. I think this why I kept losing my zero. I know it was partially to blame cause I have had to tighten them to the rail several times. Using Nikon low rings now.

Did something that might be dumb

I had a few times where my scope rings came loose from the rail and my scope well I just don’t know if I like it. I had a scope that was originally on another rifle that I don’t own anymore. I put the scope and rings on my Bulldog 330. This scope has mildots and half mil indicators. I sighted in at ...

Re: 2 blade broadheads

About all I use is Simmons. Tree shark mainly. It's huge, but flies great. It's 2 1/16"wide. I have used this head with an axiom, vortex, and matrix 355. Shooting a spine indexed zombie with aluminum nock, gold tip series 22 aluminum insert and 4" feathers, it will consistently shoot 2&quo...

Checked out the website for the broadheads you said that you used. Those are impressive

They did great out to 30 yards. I will play around again at long distances in a day or two.

Re: #9s In The House

That is an awesome deal. Was it a “I am selling all your crap” divorce style yard sale?

Whitetail Specials and 330 Bulldog

On my last set of days off I resighted my scope with 100 grain Grim Reaper practice head. I didn’t need to move it much. I then shot two broadheads which were Grim Reaper Whitetail Specials with the razor tocar tips into my target at 20-30 yards. I did this about 6 shots (3 shots per broadhead). I h...

Boltcutter B.A.T vs. regular Boltcutter broadheads

I have thought about trying some of the Boltcutters out in 150 grain but wondering if people who shot the two different models have really noticed any differences in accuracy from the two?

Re: Strange thing happened with Dead Zone

My scope is dialed to around 300 as well and I too have a 330 model crossbow. I am using Diablo bolts and using 100 grain points.
I have looked at the Nikon scopes but haven’t bought one.
