Here in pa in central region which used to be deer now is being reduced to seeing just few.I have seen 4 doe in 6 days of hard hunting NO BUCKS.. I USED TO SEE 25 TO 30 DEER PER DAY ..The PGC issued all kinds of doe tags ,they allowed kids to 3 years old to hunt and dads fill another tag this way ....
