Re: Staggered Vanes

I don't understand why you would want to??? I doubt you would see noticable improvements and if you fletch your arrows with an EZ Fletcher or something similar it would be very hard to do.

But, if you do this, please let us know your results....

Re: Who else likes to "improve" deer trails?

I have been known to "help the situation" a bit. But, I hunt heavily pressured public land here in Michigan and the older bucks (and does) are ultra sensitive to everything. So I have learned to do my dirty work way early in the off-season and I'm talking April and May, so that the deer ha...

Re: Arizona ezfletch bolt and luminoc questions

I do it all the time. You need to release the tool slowly as possible with the arrow pointing straight up. I have had zero issues when doing this and get consistent vane position from arrow to arrow. As for the 1 1/2", you are more than likely going to be fine, but as Boo said, the only way to ...

Re: tree saddle

From John Eberharts website shown below. Benefits of a saddle over any other types of stands -The concept is simple, you hang in the Saddle from the trunk of the tree to which you are securely fastened. -You sit facing the tree with your legs somewhat straddling the trunk or your knees into the tru...

Re: tree saddle

I have three of them and no serious deer hunter should be without one. They do exactly as advertised. They are the safest tree stand system to use ever. I often get into my stands an hour and a half early, tether off to the tree and fall asleep. They are extremely comfortable as you can change your ...

Re: GUN REGISTRY'S & ALL THIS NOSENCE, IT JUST MAKES ME SICK

Blackjack, Fight the good fight and keep yourself agitated over this stuff. Keep your voice heard. As was said, we have a lot of liberal traitors here in the states who's only agenda is to take my firearms. But, just last night, I went to a buddies house and bought a rifle and a shotgun for cash, an...

Re: GUN REGISTRY'S & ALL THIS NOSENCE, IT JUST MAKES ME SICK

Blackjack, We in the States love Australia. We always think of the Aussies as a more maverick nation than our own as far as sportsman's and gun owner rights are concerned. But what's been happening there? Everything I read seems to be about new regulations on firearms and such. Did your government g...

Re: GUN REGISTRY'S & ALL THIS NOSENCE, IT JUST MAKES ME SICK

We have one here in the Americas too. "Outlaw guns and everyone will be outlaws."

In the USA it is estimated there are 8 guns for every man, woman, and child.

Re: Why FOC is only part of the story

And I surely didnt think you hunted that way. It was an honest question. You should have said they didn't hit straight. When you provide information like that you should assume others may take and run with it as is. Newbies may try to set-up and hunt like that thinking its OK. Just sayin.......

Re: Why FOC is only part of the story

What would you think if'en i told you i can take bare arrows. Shoot groups small enuff with a BH at 30 yds to hit the Heart using Miss Vixen! No offense vixenmaster, but when you do this, are those arrows going in the target straight, or are they slightly sideways? Because I'm guessing they are a l...

Re: Excalibur Revamped

I just had this discussion with three fellow hunters from Canada who were as proud as me to own and shoot Excalibur. I pretty much touted every reason already stated for owning and using Excalibur exclusively, with the limb issue being my only negative. That being said, please note it was the ONLY n...
