Re: A QUERY TO THOSE WITH 3 OR MORE EXCALIBURS

I have 3 bulldog micros. Two I carry hunting depending on what I feel like. The third I built as a replica to the two hunting versions only with a fair bit less draw weight. That allows me to shoot all year round in my basement or for extended shooting sessions without feeling the effect of the high...

Re: Favorite excalibur scope

The last couple tactzones I had were really nice, crystal clear. I do tend to actually favour the DeadZone do to its lighter weight and size. I try to keep my bows as light weight, simple and compact as possible, so currently my 3 bows all wear Nikon Bolts. Also I do have a vision issue that makes t...

Re: Limb Deflection

What is/was the limb deflection range on Matrix model bows? How does a deflection of 99.5 compare with one of 97.5 ? Matrix limbs have been through 3 or 4 different changes in the way they mark the limbs after testing(50's, 70's, 90's, and silver marker to list a few). Some have even been crossed o...

Re: BD 330?

I had a strike zone on my gen 2 335. It was basically a deadzone before it was a dead zone. Not sure what the difference was, if any.

Good score, you'll love it!

Re: BD 330?

That's a scope off a Stryker. I cant confirm, but it looks awfully similar to the deadzone. Did you ask him about the Limbs? I will say this, my micro BD345 (which started as a BD330) is impossible to take pictures of. The camo patterns vary so much between the stock, the limbs and the mainframes on...

Thanks to all that replied. Was under impression I had to switch to "crossbow broadheads", glad to know I can still use the spitfires.
BTW, today I shot @ 3-d from 20 &25yds. and spitfires opened. :) Matrix has been a Godsend since my shoulder surgery!
