Re: My Son's success, Picture Added!
Happy for ya and the time enjoyably spent with your son. Looks like one perfectly placed shot not only put venison on the table, but will leave wonderful memories for both of you to look back on. My thoughts are with both you and your son, and my prayers will be for his safe return.

Apology to all forum members
Last Saturday, 10-1-11, I made some comments that I am not proud of. The comments were made on the thread "To catch a thief". I made strong statements that shouldn't have been made. These feelings would have been best kept only in my thoughts. I wish to apologize to xbowkiller and all of t...

Re: To catch a thief.
Good reply Griz. You are 100% on with the statements ya made. Been reading and learning in the background for a long time now. Have saw Pictures of your talented work and read of the generosities you have passed to on to others. A knife made with your hands would be an honor to behold by the hands o...

Re: To catch a thief.
Holy crap. Geeze, it seems another Michigan resident has lost sight in things that are right and things that are not right. Theft is never right, and if generosity of friends on this site bothers you, Xbowkiller, you are for sure making negative comments in the wrong place. I am new here, but I will...

Re: Nicknames
For me Elmer Fudd came from the days when Citizens Band radio was the rage. Everyone had a Handle, and even after being a Ham Operator when I was a teenager the first time I keyed the mic things just didn't work out. Started stuttering and couldn't really say sh-t. Got a quick come back from a cousi...

Re: Rain Rain Please Go Away
Thanks for the relps guys. hankenhunter ya gave me some hope. Really didn't think that something like the Almost Munch mount that I cobbled up would change much, but being new to the xbow doubt was there. kd8jgu, this looks like a ham radio call sign. If is is many years ago I Was WA8HXN.

Crispy, maybe I should stop griping. It has been wet and some wind here but nothing like in your area.
