Re: Youth Turkey Take 2
Thanks for the support everyone. No Tom today but this Saturday the season opens. We have five hunters in my family and we will all be out in the woods. I am pretty sure I am scaring the birds off by calling. Gonna leave the calls home for a day and see what happens. We are not hearing any gobbling ...

Youth Turkey Take 2
As you may know Maine opened Turkey season early this year. Me and my youngest daughter went out all day Saturday. No luck with a Tom but we did see a hen and two beautiful pileated woodpeckers. Maine gave the youth hunters an extra day this year and despite some snowy weather we are back at it agai...

From what I have heard this is how waterfowl hunters report their harvest. We will miss going to the local store to tag...

Re: Recieved the new Axe Raid
I picked up an Axe from Wyvern Creations last year just before deer season. A great crossbow and it is always a pleasure doing business with Dave. Hope you enjoy it.

Maine Turkey season opens early
Just got some good news. According to an article I just read Maine wild turkey season will be opening early. Youth hunters will be allowed to hunt April 25th and 27th. Regular season opens on May 2nd instead of on May 4th as was scheduled. This is good news for the people of Maine as most are gettin...

We live near Greenville. I am familiar with Stetson and have fished in your area. Sebasticook lake and the outlet at Stetson pond. It's been quite a few years though, about 15.
Take care
