Re: Need help!

I just weighed mine with blazers and they were 16.7 g=257.7 grains. Yours should be about 5 grains heavier. Your scale is out.

Re: Arrows testers needed

Thanks for letting me know. I just got them flipped around. Im going to order a new string tonight and get back to testing. The sting is starting to come apart on the ends after over 70 shots. I'm thinkin' you should insist on a new string for free! No doubt it failed prematurely due to the limbs b...

Re: new to hunting

Don't get discouraged keep knocking on doors! Some people are always looking for new parntners as well that already have access to lands. It can be over whelming for a new hunter but keep at it.
Sorry and welcome to the forum!

Re: Newbie

Welcome to the forum! I unstrung mine but I also take the riser from the rail as it fits nicely in a drawer if I am going to shelve it for a bit, I'm waiting on a scope exchange so it's put down for a nap.

Re: Weak limbs or limbs breaking in?

How about posting a picture of the string for us so we can try and tell what might have happened. I would bet good $$$ that Bill T. thinks you are talking about normal string stretch. A picture is worth a thousand words. I agree, take pictures of the string moving the wrong way for normal stretchin...

Good luck on the hunt bearclan. Hope you get a deer.
I have never seen any problem with restricted hunts myself.

Thanks everyone! Nothing like leaving it to the last min this year. I wasn't looking forward to tag soup. Tenderloins made the long season worth while. It was a hard year with trespassers and poachers. One even had the gall to shoot one from my stand during shotgun hunt the night I...

Re: Weak limbs or limbs breaking in?

You don't list a location in your profile, but I would recommend giving Excalibur / 800-463-1817 (or Dan Miller if you live in the US / 740-483-2312) a call before shooting the bow again. It could be a limb problem and I would get professional advice (Excalibur warranty dept.) as to what the possib...
