Re: Anyone shooting "Heavy" bolts?
I'm using a 700 grain arrow out of my 400BD. Nice and quiet, hits like a ton of bricks and very accurate.

Re: Latches getting self polished over time
No, not serious, just joking. I'm sure someone has tried it. I prefer to just remove trigger assembly and use my dremil tool to polish.Patcon wrote:Serious? No problems using Flitz?Hunt it wrote:Use Flitz to lube your string, shine em right up in couple hundred shots. Shines rail at same time

Re: New Bulldog with Hawke XB 30 Scope-Fitment ?
FYI the Vortex 30 mil offset raises scope too high. Weaver makes a 30 mil low offset. If you can find Millett on shelf someplace they make low, medium 30 mil offset, they are no longer made.

It depends on your eyedea of eye relief. I used offset rings to move my Hawke Pro forward on my 400BD.

Re: New Matrix Bulldog 380 vs Matrix 380
I have two 380 Matrix and a 400 BD. All great bows, the eye relief on the Bull Pup can be an issue pending on scope you want to mount. Short Excal's scope no problem. I read about many on here putting stock extenders on BD???? Why buy a bull pup design and add length? Makes no sense to me, buy regul...

Some cork gasket material between riser and stirrup works better.

Re: left handed crank
See if you can remove the handle and rig it so you can use a rechargeable screwdriver on shaft - you put a nut on shaft and pean shaft or tack weld it on - then use socket in screwdriver to crank it. The one I seen a guy using worked very fast and was no noisier than the cranking sound.
