The man wants to mount a nikon bolt a low ring will not work I know every mfr. Has a different definition of low but the weaver low is considered higher than normal and will not fit you need a medium with a leupold ring also with a bolt . I have both the micro 335 and matrix 330 the matrix 330 just suites me better the couple inches wider dosnt bother me the dependability of the 330 is what really appeals to me rarely a problem with one.

By the same token i understand a public land trophy is no different than any other if your property has 6 pointers as a trophy you still have to work scout and do you homework and outsmart the weekend warriors no difference if you hunt public land and bag a racked buck consistantly ever year you kno...

For some reason my wife might not like me melting bees wax on the stove and mixing it in with doe p .It wouldnt smell as good as my home made vanilla killer. ...maby its not that expensive after all. Lol theres no price tag on her moaning about it.

Im a big fan of regular doe p . I really like the tinks spray . I use it very generously all year. I tried evercalm this week deer have reacted positive but i have a feeling and my nose is telling me its doe p embeded in wax .....at a high price. Anybody have any input.

Its basically what we do with our brass inserts (110 grain brass +125 grain point) the 300 grain seems a little extreme if you were to knock 50 grains off im sure they would still fly great and you would gain a little less drop. .If your happy with it thats all that matters.I shoot the 110 brass and...

I killed 4 deer and 2 bear with boltcutters it was a few years back i dont have any digital pics. I can assure you that they work very well .they are not the biggest cut but its a ballance between good flight and cutting .as you said all about placement.
