as a rule i use 400 grain arrow
with carbon arrows brass inserts and 150 gr broadheads this will be achieved it will improve your FOC and give you an excellent hunting arrow with excellent KE

My son and i shot this nice 165 lb doe on Christmas eve with an Exact head it blew right threw her and there was lots of blood to follow great head and dead accurate too out to 50 no problem out of my sons Excalibur Exomag

well in my opinion if you are going to hunt bear and moose go with the vortex if your going to hunt deer and turkey go with the ibex but both are excellent choices and actually the ibex will do fine with the bear and moose as well
shoot them both and you will find the one you like

do you use rubber bands on the rage or shoot them right out of the box thats alot of force id be scared the rage would pre open

shot this deer with an Excalibur 100 grain mechanical X-act great head great blood trail she only went 25 yrds

so if you were to shoot a carbon arrow out of an Equinox what would you suggest and what fletching would you prefer?
